Peppers Hermitage, Barossa Valley features 15 luxuriously appointed accommodation guest rooms and suites, each ideally sited to provide guests with stunning views over the surrounding vineyards, for which the Barossa Valley is internationally acclaimed.

Peppers Hermitage offers three selections of accommodation room types, each with a sumptuous king bed and luxury linens, a private ensuite bathroom, DVD players, mini-fridges, and a rear verandah accessed through French doors and providing a private vista across the adjacent, uninterrupted expanse of vineyards and the surrounding Barossa Valley.

Room types include:

Vineyard Room
With a central courtyard location and either sunrise or sunset vineyard views, these spacious rooms are very comfortably appointed with one king bed, ensuite with shower, and amenities to suit the most discerning of travelers.

Vineyard Spa Room
With a more private location at the end of the courtyard and either sunrise or sunset vineyard views, these rooms are identical to Vineyard Rooms, with the inclusion of a Bose Wave CD player and a double spa bath in addition to the separate shower.

Estate Suite (One Bedroom)
Newly built in 2004, Peppers Hermitage offers the Estate Suite, one of the most luxurious of all accommodations in South Australia . One-bedroom Estate Suites offer truly spacious accommodation with a separate lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player, table and chairs and a sofa. Bedrooms feature luxurious king beds, individually dimmed lights, Bose Wave CD player, plantation window shutters, writing desk with internet access point and large marble ensuite bathroom with double rain showers for two, large soaking spa tub, dual wash basins, heated towel bar and separate toilet area.

Estate Suite (Two Bedroom)
With all the same facilities as the One-bedroom Suite, the Two-bedroom Estate Suites feature an extra bedroom and are beautifully appointed, luxurious suites with memorable sunset views over the adjacent vineyards.

Peppers Hermitage is located on Seppeltsfield Road , Marananga, SA, 5355. 

Peppers Hermitage is located in the easily accessed Northwest sector of the Barossa Valley about one hour and ten minutes from Adelaide following Main North Road and Sturt Highway .

From the Airport:

  • Exit the airport drive turning right on Sir Donald Bradman Drive .
  • Before reaching the city, turn left onto South Road .
  • At Grand Junction Road , turn right and follow the signs at a five-way intersection (adjacent to Gepps Cross Hotel) turning half-left onto Main North Road signposted toward the Barossa.
  • Continue past Elizabeth and Munno Para and bypass Gawler following Sturt Highway (the A20) toward the Barossa Valley .
  • Exit at Nuriootpa, turning right and then 500m ahead follow the Peppers Hermitage sign turning right onto Stonewell Road .
  • At the crossing with Seppeltsfield Road , turn right. Peppers Hermitage is at the top of the first hill on the left.

From Adelaide City Centre:

  • From King William Road (the main North/South city street), exit the city to the North, passing through North Adelaide and onto Main North Road signposted toward the Barossa.
  • Continue past Elizabeth and Munno Para and bypass Gawler following Sturt Highway (the A20) toward the Barossa Valley .
  • Exit at Nuriootpa, turning right and then 500m ahead follow the Peppers Hermitage sign turning right onto Stonewell Road .
  • At the crossing with Seppeltsfield Road , turn right. Peppers Hermitage is at the top of the first hill on the left.

From Tanunda in the Barossa:

  • Exit Tanunda on Murray Street toward Nuriootpa.
  • At Chateau Dorien, turn left onto Seppeltsfield Road .
  • Peppers Hermitage is ahead 3km on the left.
