Downs Room - The Downs Room is the Hotels largest function room, it’s flexibility in room set up makes it the ideal choice for weddings and large scale conferences. The Downs Room is easily accessible on the Hotels’ ground floor and is equipped with modern AV requirements, in house PA system, in room bar, adjustable lighting and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Cunningham Room - The Cunningham Room is a large function room that has the option to be divided into two areas if required. The Cunningham Room is light and airy and is a popular choice for all day conferences. The Cunningham Room is located on the Hotels’ first floor and is equipped with modern AV requirements, in house PA system, in room bar, adjustable and natural lighting and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Warrego Room - The Warrego Room has recently undergone renovations and is now a stunning function room, ideal for intimate dinners and small conferences. The Warrego Room is located on the Hotels’ ground floor and has a private outdoor terrace which is perfect for delegate meal breaks. The Warrego Room is equipped with modern AV requirements, in room bar, adjustable and natural lighting and reverse cycle air conditioning.

BOARD ROOM - The Board Room is a small function room located on the Hotels’ ground floor and is idyllic for those small, personal meetings. The Board Room is equipped with modern AV requirements and adjustable lighting.

cocktail Lounge - The Cocktail Lounge is a stunning area located on the ground floor of the Hotel, just off from the Glasshouse and Conservatory. The Cocktail Lounge is beautifully designed to create warmth and ambience for any event. It’s perfectly suited for those intimate cocktail functions where you and your guests can feel spoilt amongst all the luxury.

Conservatory - The Conservatory is located on the ground floor of the Hotel with direct access to the Glasshouse and Cocktail Lounge. It is reserved for breakfast dining 7 days a week however, it may be hired out for a small, private dinner function.

Glasshouse - The Glasshouse Annex is located on the hotels ground floor with direct access to the Conservatory. It is reserved for breakfast dining 7 days a week although it may be hired out for a small, private dinner function.
