Steeped in the heritage of Thunderbird Park’s fascinating geological history; the stylish accommodation, conference centres, restaurant, bar and terraces of Cedar Creek Lodges offer an intimate ambience with stunning interiors to appeal to the most discerning guests.
Delegate accommodation options allow for single, twin share or triple rooms Frog, Platypus, Lorikeet and Wallaby Lodges - each with a north easterly aspect. Delegates will be inspired and stimulated for the day ahead by awakening to golden rays of sunshine and a spectacular vista of horses grazing in lush paddocks to towering rainforests beyond.
The completion of the refurbishment of our ‘Rainforest Restaurant and Lounge Bar’ has taken our restaurant and bar to a completely different level. It features a hexagon bar, stylish furnishings, Ax minster carpet, wood fireplace, pool and chess tables, a dart board and a state of the art ‘Nightlife’ virtual DJ system with optional corresponding video clips played on the new wall-mounted 60” TV.
Our multi award winning head chef, Kylie Burke, has created a number of fantastic menus available to all conferences . The Premium 3 course Dinner Menu has received rave reviews and delegates can pre-select three courses from this menu for their dinner. The Value Saver 2 course Dinner Menu is a more economic package. A barbeque or pizza buffet (pizzas fresh from our new wood-fired oven) are also other options available in the Value Saver package.
Our reverse-cycle air-conditioned stand alone Conference Centres are set with fresh flowers, notepads and pens, spring water and mints. Also they can be equipped with standard conference equipment as nominated by you, including OHP’s, screens, flip charts, TVs, VCRs, standard whiteboards and electronic whiteboards and our state of the art new “Mimio” Digital Whiteboard (with USB link), polycom telephone system - all at no extra charge. We also have available three brand new top of the range data projectors.

We believe the comfort of your delegates is imperative to a successful conference. Frog, Wallaby and Platypus Lodges all contain reverse cycle air conditioners and the Creek Lodges have wood fire places.
We have beautiful modern accommodation set in wonderful rainforest surrounds where conference attendees can be accommodated for one or more nights should you require it.
Creek Lodges situated on the banks of Cedar Creek
Stylish architecturally designed 2 bedroom cottages set in the rainforest on the banks of Cedar Creek. Features include a wood fireplace, spa bath, private balcony and kitchenette.
Premium Rooms situated within Frog Lodge
Architecturally renovated Premium Rooms feature 2 queen beds, inbuilt LCD TVs, DVDs and twin basin powder rooms, contemporary furnishings and state of the art bathrooms.
Luxury Spa Rooms situated within Wallaby Lodge
Luxury Spa Rooms feature king sized beds which can be split into 2 singles. All with oversized spa baths, LCD TVs, DVDs and stylish contemporary furnishings.
