The beautifully designed event space on the hotel's ground floor offers spectacular views of the South Wharf Promenade and Yarra River. Flooded with natural light from its floor to ceiling windows, the Woodside rooms and terrace can be used as four individual meeting rooms and a large terrace, or as one seamless indoor/outdoor space. As one space, Woodside Ballroom and Terrace can host up to 300 guests for a cocktail event, 220 guests for a sit-down wedding ceremony and 140 guests for a sit-down dinner. 

Rooms 1,2,3 & 4 can be used  individually for smaller events or in conjunction for medium sized events.
