Foothills Conference Centre is on a bushy, 20 acre site on the eastern fringes of Melbourne, with easy access to the Dandenong Ranges and the Yarra Valley. It is a peaceful, rustic retreat yet less than one hour from the CBD. There are 54 ensuite rooms with eight more in two self contained cabins. Facilities include a main Conference room capable of seating up to 250 for dining, or 250 theatre style. There are also a dozen other rooms of different sizes for breakouts and two lecture theatres, one with tiered seats and a capacity of 160. Plus a computer room with 50 networked computers. There is also a rotunda and stone-tiered amphitheatre for outdoor sessions under the gum trees. As the training base for Jim’s Group, Australia’s largest franchise system, we can provide a variety of motivational speakers and trainers at minimal cost. As well as business functions, we have a special focus on non-profit and church groups, including a number of innovative ways to work within limited budgets.


Activities include team-building games on the outdoor oval, laser strike battle simulation, bonfires and BBQ’s, as well as tennis and basketball courts, volleyball, and a large outdoor pool. We can also help organise winery tours, hot air ballooning, trips to iconic destinations such as the nearby William Ricketts Sanctuary and Puffing Billy, dining at the Bavarian themed Cuckoo Restaurant, local cabarets and entertainment. We have everything necessary to make your conference a striking and memorable experience.
