Notes Relating to Venue Capacities:

Apple is a light and bright conference room with a beautiful view of Treasury Gardens.  Apple has direct access to the hotel foyer and refreshments are served in the room. 

Melon is a traditional boardroom style room. The room is perfectly suited to meetings of 10-15 around a boardroom table or a theatre style presentation for up to 30 delegates. 

Pear is a functional space with room to seat up to 60 delegates theatre style or 30 cabaret. A skylight, complete with retractable cover gives the area another dimension. Seminars, training sessions, and staff meetings work beautifully with a built in projection screen and dedicated pre-function area. Peace, quiet and plenty of space allow delegates to concentrate solely on the presenter. 

Fig is one of our bigger spaces, and can accommodate large screened visual presentations or a showcase of your products in a functional tradeshow style. Fig can comfortably seat 110 delegates theatre style and is more than ideal for cabaret or classroom style seating accommodating up to 60 delegates.

Grape is the combination of Fig and Pear. A deceivingly large pillarless space of 238 square meters, Grape will accommodate up to 260 delegates theatre style, or 140 delegates cabaret or classroom style.
