The drive to Lorne from Melbourne is just gorgeous; well worth the ninety or so minutes.

Located right in the township and is on the beach-side of the road, this is an absolute gem of a venue, with lots of rich history to reveal. The land is extensive with more grass areas than you can possibly think of; providing opportunities for lots of fun activities for corporate or leisure groups. The site leads directly through to the main beach of which some accommodation rooms have a view.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, whether dealing with cafe staff right through to the events team, you will feel well looked after and appreciated !
Lunch in The Larder was a real treat, with outdoor eating areas, indoor cafe or lounge style eating areas. Outdoors wood fire pizza & bar area also available for function bookings, or nightly for dinner.
Function spaces are always being refreshed and are neutral and well designed, perfect for small or large events throughout the venue and onsite convention centre.
Love the foyer, which is spacious, fresh and open with easy access from the road and lots of car parking space.
Accommodation rooms are freshly furnished with good layouts for a variety of configurations. With such a large number of rooms onsite, the venue is able to accommodate all delegates for even the largest of events.

Mantra Lorne is the largest regional conference and accommodation venue in Victoria. With 277 accommodation rooms, the resort offers a 500 seat pillar less Convention Centre that can be divided into three sections, up to 12 syndicate meeting rooms and a Heritage listed Ballroom.
