Be there for the 6th annual ‘A Toast to the Coast!’ – Food, Beer and Wine festival. It is set to be the biggest yet with tastings from local gourmet producers including chocolates, olives, cheeses, chutney’s, chillies and more to tantalise the taste buds.

Perth conference centres are familiar with the various wine regions that will be represented at the festival and would, no doubt, encourage you to sample the unique range of wines from the Swan Valley, Southwest and Beyond. The Wine Tasting Tent will open from 10am and runs until 5pm.

There will be no shortage of live entertainment with a host of live bands and street performers.  The finale band Darren Reid and the Soul City Groove will take us out in style from 3.30pm.

Food gurus and celebrity chefs will be cooking up a storm with sensational gourmet delights as well as hosting Master Classes for all at the Cooks Corner from 12pm – 4pm.

The ever popular Children’s Zone, featuring the bouncy castle and face painting, will be open from 11am-4pm and don’t miss the special guest appearances by your favourite kids characters…

35 Arts and Crafts stalls showcasing their unique and boutique wares will be offering an enticing selection of goods for sale throughout the day, so be sure to pay them a visit between 9am and 5pm.

What better way to celebrate the glorious Autumn weather than with a day at the Toast to the Coast – Food & Wine Festival but remember what day it is and don’t be caught out with an April Fool’s Day joke.

In the mean time, contact a Perth Conference centre and ask for information on the various wine regions and the produce you will be sampling.
